Air-Care always treats customers with respect. I asked for help and they were 100% great!

I baught a DLT 5 from Air-Care and when i first used it i was not sure about a few things on how to use it correctly. I'm a female and this is my first time ever using a duct leakage tester (DLT 5). I called Air-Care to see if they would help me walk through the first time I used the DLT5 so i would do it right and when I called Air-Care for help they were very glad I called them for help and took their time to walk me through my first job with the DLT5. They even offered to have me attend their training class for free if I wanted it. I wish all companies treated thei customers like Air-Care. I will always stick with Air-Care, not only because of how good they are in customer service, but because everything I buy from Air-Care works better than I even expect it to and they REALLY stand behind their equipment and me as their customer, even after they already made the sale to me, it does'nt matter to them. Buddy told me that we are partners, and I can always call him and he will help me with any issue I ever have. That makes me feel very secure as I'm trying to get my Air Duct Cleaning business going, I have Air-Care as a partner! Thank you Buddy and Air-Care!Sincerely,Cassie Arroyo
