Outstanding service. The serviceman was very knowledgeable about his job. Fixed it very quickly. Wouln't hesitate calling this company again for any heating needs. Very prompt too. Someone was here within an hour after I called. Excellent service.

long time customer very courteous and reasonable

I called this business first due to their being on superpages with the SuperGuarantee. The phone was courteously answered and when I said I need my dryer repaired I was told by the phone answerer that they could be out the next day. I informed her that I knew what the problem was and wanted to get a general idea of repair cost. She had me tell her the problem (my fiance inadvertently removed 4 screws that apparently held the dryer plate in place), placed me on hold for 30 seconds, and then informed me that they "will not work on any items that have been worked on already." I thanked them for their time and took my business elsewhere. While I'm sure they would've done a great job with my repair, the customer service alone earned them a single star. Don't call this place if you've tried to troubleshoot on your own first as they will not want your business.
