My recent experience with Agility Computer Store was so outrageous. I am writing this because I never want another person to have to go through what I went through. I brought my computer in after it crashed and asked for them to diagnose the problem. Five days later they finally called me back and gave me various different options. I asked for a few days to think about it because my computer was very old and I did not want to spend a lot of money on it. Two days later they called me and told me all the work on my computer was done. I was completely confused because I did not authorize them to do any work on my computer. They told me I owed them $200.00. I asked to speak to a manager, but he was not there. It took me three days to contact the manager, who is also the owner. He instantly started yelling at me and saying I needed to pay for the work. My only response was that I did not authorize the work. I would not recommend. Took my computer two months to come back when i was told a week to ten days. Called repeatedly got the run around. Asked them to call the place they sent it to to find out when it would be back. I was told they would call me back never did. When I suggested to the owner my dissatisfaction he got short with me and hung up. No apologies for it taking so long and people not calling me back. Very unprofessional business. Customers aren't important. Sorry Agility maybe next time you should communicate with your customers and try to be honest or oh i don't know maybe assist them. Your cusomers are your business. Word of mouth is the best advertising. I won't be recommending you. Thats a shame I have a lot of friends with computers and you aren't the only ones out there. Not a very good way to stay competative. My experiences with other like businesess was much better. Its a shame that some people don't think customer service is important.
