Our furnace needed servicing, and after checking a few businesses I called Affordable Furnace Repair. Don came out the very next day. He was on time, went right to work, took care of what I needed, and invoiced me what I was quoted.I found their company to be professional and easy to work with. Excellent service. Woke up at 2AM and it was below 60 in the house, with a 20 month old. Don came right out (20min) and had us up and running again 15 minutes later. Sure, it cost a bit, but what's the cost matter with a cold small child. Highly recommended and Don hope it heats up, so you can get some sleep. Thanks again

Advertise on their website as offering 24 hour emergency service; called today with a failed furnce and 18 degree weather - nobody able to even come diagnosis it until next Week (6 days away) Remove the false advertising from your website.

I've called Don twice to come fix my furnace. Both times, he was outstanding. He explains what the issues are then finds the most economical and logical way to fix it. Afterwards, he checked up to make sure it was still working properly. He is very gracious, polite, efficient, and honest. His work is great. I plan on using him for maintenance and repairs from now on. I heartily recommend him.

Don Blundell came out to our house on Easter Sunday when our furnace went out, leaving us and several houseguests freezing. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and honest He gave us a very reasonable quote on a new furnace, and even drove to Portland to pick it up, and worked until 11 pm installing it. He and his partner couldn't have been better. They worked away quietly and efficiently. My wife and I were extremely impressed and would highly recommend Affordable Furnace Repair to anyone!

Where to start? I had intermittent furnace issues that baffled 3 different repair companies over a period of almost 5 years. One well known company came out THREE times, each time leaving once they got my furnace running but never actually repairing it. I became so frustrated and that I quit calling anyone and just suffered.

Then I finally broke down, did a Google search and called Affordable out of the blue. Don came out and went through a crazy process of elimination. Rather than making a guess at the problem and "fixing" the guess, he was completely unafraid to discard any failed theory and move on to the next possibility. My main problem turned out to be a collection of smaller issues which added up to a large ventilation problem. Don squared away all of it quickly and kept me in the loop the whole way.

My after hours emergency call cost me less - including a replacement part that I broke - than a regular visit from one of the pretenders. Look no further, people. Call Do

They were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.

Our gas furnace just stopped working and, faced with pages of repair services to call we didn't know what to do. A friend suggested Affordable and we're glad we took his advice.

Their repairman, Donald, was able to come out within four hours of the call. And when he arrived he "went right to it" as my partner observed.

He made the repair, explained future options and then charged us a very reasonable fee.

All in all, couldn't have asked for better service.
