Avoid this business. I was charged additional charges not told about on the phone. Reported to BBB and they agreed to refund part of the bill and did not. Lied about the check being in the mail to me that they never sent and wouldn't respond back to the BBB about noon payment. There is a warning about this business on the BBB website.

During the big freeze, with hundreds of calls,Bobby and his team were able to come out and address a pipe break the same day I called. They are professional, courteous and affordable.Thanks for a great job and going out of your way for us!

Bobby not only fixed our drain problem but he told me how to avoid problems again. Highly recommend.

Main drain backed up in house, he got there fast and dug up septic tank and ran drains to house, unclogged quickly. Explained everything and did it all quick. and best of all, the price was very fair.......

He came out on an after-hours call when the teenager's bathroom toilet backed up into the shower. I was going to unclog the drain myself but after talking to a couple of people I decided to call a professional "just to be sure." He had a great after-hours rate. Just from my description he knew the problem and had it repaired in under an hour. He also entertained some questions I had on some pending remodel work. Highly recommended.

The first time I called Mr. Mays, I had a clogged drain in my kitchen sink. I was so impressed with his work and his prices that I have called him again to replace faucets in my bath and kitchen. I will never call anyone else for my plumbing and drain needs!

I had an old orangeburg drain pipe that had broken down and gotten roots all in it. All of my drains in the house were running slowly and my toilets and showers were backing up. I called Bobby at Affordable and he came out right away. He diagnosed the problem and cleaned it out enough so that we could use our bathrooms. Then we scheduled when his crew could come out to replace the line. The entire crew were very courteous and professional. They answered my questions and explained what they were doing each step of the way. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up the yard. On top of all that, they were very affordable! They beat Roto Rooter's best estimate by several hundred dollars! Would recommend Affordable Drain Cleaning & Plumbing to anyone. They will be the first people I call for my future plumbing needs.

All my sinks were backed up... I called this guy I got off the internet. To my surprise he was great. Reasonably priced, very nice, and cleaned up his mess. I will use him again and will recommend him to friends and family.Thanks so much

Mr.Mays came late on a saturday evening, other places I called wanted to charge more. He was very professional, neat and clean. He came right out and fixed my sink and I plan on using this company again.
