If I could rate this a 0, I would. My 84 year old mother is in need of dentures and is a Medicaid recipient. While Jean stated she was qualified to receive benefits and would need several appointments prior to the state approving the payout, we were excited to schedule an appointment with them. However, when I attempted to schedule said appointment, Jean made it exceedingly difficult to accomplish that goal by stating that not offering the doctor's availability, then asking when I was available only to tell me the doctor was not available those days. When I explained I was confused as to why it was so difficult to schedule an appointment, she asked me for my number so she could call me back. I asked if she would be able to get back with me today, she said, "No." I asked when she would be able to get back with me. She replied, "Maybe Monday." I then waited about 30 minutes and called her back explaining I was confused as to why it was so difficult to make an appointment. She stated,"I spoke with the doctor and he's decided he is not accepting Medicaid patients for dentures at this time." When I pressed her as to why she bothered to go through screening her for approval, she stated, "It is the doctor's decision to not see 'these' patients at this time." I said, "So, the doctor has randomly decided to exclude Medicaid denture patients at this time, that's a pretty specific demographic, how ironic!" Rude and discriminatory practices towards low economic, elderly patients... NOT OKAY!

I had a visit with the dentist,he was very nice , did not charge me a lot, I love my dentures thank you very much.
