These guys are great. Tom called me the day before the move to confirm and go over things. They showed up the next day on time and immediately got busy with very cumbersome and heavy electronic equipment. They handled everything with care, and even in the downpour made sure everything was safe. They navigated through a few treacherous stairwells and bulkheads, all with a friendly and professional manner. I will definitely call Affordable Angels for my next move.

Tom has moved us twice so far, and we would use him again. Both times he was on time, courteous and got the job done in a very efficient manner. His co-workers were also pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Tom for reliable moving services.

I called and spoke with the owner, Tom, who was courteous and accommodating. Tom and his colleague drove in a snowstorm and helped me pack, unpack, and move my stuff. I especially respect this company due to the fact the move was not easy due to the fact that we did arrive to my location until 1am because of the treacherous winter-driving conditions. Despite the weather, we all made it in one piece and I'm a happy camper!!!

This was my first time using Affordable movers on a long distance move from Massachusetts to Maryland. The move got off to a bit of a rocky start as Tom and Eddie were 2 hours late. The reason for the tardiness was due in part to the fact that Tom used a truck from the U-Haul service and the truck was not there when he went to pick it up on the day of the move. Once Tom and Eddie arrived, the move went quickly and smoothly. For the next day delivery, Tom and Eddie were there on time and ready to go. However, I do think that they were not prepared with the proper equipment. They only had one small cart for the entire move. I actually had to enlist the help of my apartment complex to use their cart to speed up the process. Once we got the two carts going, the process went much smoother, with me helping out as well. My furniture and breakables did arrive in perfectly wrapped condition. Overall, the price was sufficient and fair. I would recommend Affordable Movers for local moves but not long distance moves.

I booked my move from Brookline to Brighton, on short notice, and during a very busy moving time (August 31). The movers were very prompt. Tom (the owner) called several times throughout the day to inform me that they were still running on schedule, and that I could just relax and enjoy my day, since I was moving in the evening. The move went extremely quickly, my belongings were handled with care, and everything was done to my exact specifications. My only complaint was that the movers were not able to set up my bed (they tried, just couldn't figure it out). I was very impressed otherwise with the quality of the work, and would highly recommend Affordable Angels.

Affordable Angels has helped us out three times now, and every time we've been highly impressed by their work. They are nice guys -- always courteous to each other and to us. They are strikingly honest; they work hard and quickly, even though they're being paid by the hour and have no minimum charge. They are careful too -- none of our stuff has ever been damaged or scratched by them. They have also been able to accommodate us at fairly short notice. In short, unbeatable for a small move like ours, and probably for any size job. EO and MB, Cambridge MA.

Tom showed up to my place on time for the move which was great. Every mover I have ever had has always showed up late or a couple of times not at all. I didnt even get a call from any other company EVER the day of the move. Tom called me the morning of the move to let us know that they were on time and would be arriving shortly. Actually now that I think of it they were early in fact. The guys he brought were kind and understanding that my stuff was new and expensive and some stuff could break easily. Everything was wrapped with blankets and taped for safe moving out of my old place and into the truck. When we got to my new place and everything was unpacked and blankets were removed there was not one thing damaged. I had gotten a quote from them before the move and the total at the end of the move was actually lower than the original quote. We were done almost 2 hours earlier than I expected it to take. This company is a good place to call for your next move. I recommend them to anyone who wants to have movers who actually are people too, not just robot laborers who have no care.

I moved from new york to boston with affordable angels and the treated my things with such care. I will use them from now on they were great. They were 15 minutes early which was great my last mover was 7 hours late what a mess that was. I was so pleased with this companies professionalism they were just so helpful. Moving is really hard and i have moved a lot in my life and affordable angles made my transition and move so much move pleasent and nice. They took care of evething for me. My furniture and belongs arrived to my new place that same way i started out my trip. Thank you so much Affordable Angels for you time and professionalism. I will use you in the future if and when I move again.
