A great first-time experience by mother of one - 12/02/2009My daughter is three and has been to the dentist a few times before. She's an easy sell, but this place was so geared towards kids. From the slide to the jungle theme to the TVs to the video games, my daughter and I were thrilled to be there (where was this place when I was a kid?). I especially love that your experience begins before you walk through the door with the mini-me door that welcomes the kids at the front entrance instead of the adult-size entrance door! My daughter was so excited she had her own door to open and walk through that was just her size! Dr. Chaet was very kind and personable with my daughter and the entire experience was great. We would recommend APD to anyone anytime.

Turning the scary into fun!! by Hannah's Grandma - 10/10/2009My granddaughter had her first cleaning and exam at the age of 4. She had some cavities and the doctor recommended silver colored crowns for 2 of her teeth. Although we were a little apprehensive about silver crowns in her mouth...we were assured it was in her best interest to proceed. Hannah was very nervous about having dental work done but the assistants and the doctor were very reassuring. She was sedated...so the visit went very well. Today she is a very happy girl and very proud of her silver colored crowns. She said that they are sparkling stars and that the dentist saved her teeth. I love that she is not afraid to go to the dentist even after this experience. Everyone in the office was kind, gentle, and professional! Thank you!!
Amazing office by Kim by Taylor's Mommy - 09/29/2009This office is outstanding. As first-time patients, we were able to get an appt for an emergency in 1 hour. From the moment you are greeted at the door, you feel at home. The waiting room is clean and fun - my daughter had no idea we were at a doctor's office! The personalized attention from the moment we arrived was outstanding. Dr. Julie, Shelley and everyone in the front and back office were so friendly. It felt like a small town office which is hard to find in the Valley. I would never take my daughter anywhere else!
Dedication by Thankful - 09/25/2009My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Chaet's for 9 years now and she is not the ideal patient she has been difficult from day one. Dr. Chaet has always made my daughter feel special no matter how difficult she was. Even when we had to have tx done Dr. Chaet always made her feel comfortable and reassured her things would be fine that he would take care of her! My daughter has also loved going there and everytime we leave she wants to know when she can go back. My daughter loves Dr. Chaet and his Amazing Staff! There's no other place like it. To her it's like her home away from home.. Now we are patients of Dr. Feinberg's on the ortho side isn't he lucky!!! As a parent the staff is the BEST from the moment you walk in to the assistants in the back everyone treats you like family, then the front office staff is so accomadating... One Happy Mom by Lily & Jesse's Mom - 09/22/2009I am very pleased with the wonderful care my two kids recieve from Dr. Julie! From the fun, kid friendly waiting room, to the kind and friendly staff and the way Dr. Julie relates with Lily & Jesse, we always leave with big smiles! Dr. Julie & her staff take the time to make sure every question is answered, and I feel very confident that my kids are recieving the best dental care I as a parent could ask for!
Great Office by Beth - 09/18/2009My kids love going to the dentist because of this office! They see Dr Julie and can't wait for their next appointments. They enjoy having their teeth cleaned and have fun interacting with the friendly staff. My 6 year old daughter said "The dentist rocks and they have good people there". The office is great too...there's a playhouse, video games and movies for the kids and even free internet and coffee for mom. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

A Great Practice to call Home by A happy mom! - 09/11/2009I took my daughter there for her first appointment ever. She (and I) were both apprehensive about how the experience would go. The waiting room is amazing!!!! A tree house with a slide and video games! Once we were brought back, we had our own "assistant" who helps the dentist. Her name was Heather. She was so gentle with my little girl (even when she cried) and really made us feel comfortable! Dr Tim came in and really spent a good chunk of time with us, answering all my questions! It didn't seem like he was rushed to get to the next patient, and I really appreciated that!! Needless to say, when we were done with our appointment, my daughter was all smiles!!! At the end, when I went to pay our bill, they really took the time to explain to me what my insurance was estimated to pay. It was nice to hear it in "normal person" terminology, rather than insurance mumbo jumbo. We look forward to coming back for her next visit! It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!
