Our mission is to provide excellent food and catering services to our clientele by responding directly and specifically to their wishes, and help to find solutions to their needs whenever possible.

Starting with a common-sense approach, we partner with the customer by taking into account each facet of planning their particular event. Concerns such as the type of event, size, season, time of day, demographics, budget are all important, but one of the prime elements in custom-planning is your personal taste.

Whether you are a seasoned party-giver, a professional event planner, a reluctant host suddenly put "on the spot", or a bride who doesn't know where to start, we want to work with you, listen to you, and zero in on your specific needs.

So whether our clients need advice on locations, rentals, decorating, flowers, entertainment or transportation, or just want some great food, we’re here to help in any way that we can (but please don't ask us to predict the weather!).

About our menus - flexibility is our byword - we have found that lengthy, complex menus tend to slow the selection process. If our menus seem brief to you, regard them as starting points rather than limitations. Our Chef claims that customers are one of his greatest sources of inspiration and is anxious to hear your requests and discuss your ideas.
