Shirl is currently in his 28th year of practice, 20 of those years in American Fork, Utah. He and his professional legal staff are experienced in broad and diverse areas of the legal system. Mr. LeBaron is also presently serving a second four-year term on the American Fork City Council. Shirl also is a Judge Pro Tem, presiding over Small Claims Courts in both Provo and Orem, Utah.
Mr. LeBaron graduated from Brigham Young University and Louisiana State University Law School.

Mr. LeBaron has also been an Adjunct Professor at Brigham Young University teaching Family Law and Construction Law. He has taught Real Estate and Bankruptcy Law at Utah Valley University as well. Shirl has also served on the Utah Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on the Rules of Juvenile Procedure. In 2007 LeBaron Law Offices was recognized as the "Business of the Year" by the American Fork Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Gillespie graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at
Brigham Young University.
During law school, Dorothy interned with the law firm of VanWoerkom & Weeks in Lehi, Utah and with the Schooley Mediation Center at Brigham Young University.
Marie Bramwell joins LeBaron Law Offices having most recently worked at the Dunbeck & Moss law firm in Heber City, Utah, for the last 7 years.
