Provided by YP.comAero Septic Maintenance is a nickel and dime company. They temporarily fix things "sort of speech" so they will have to come back. They just tell you its fix and as a homeowner you think everything is done correctly. I would not recommend this company at all.

Provided by YP.comI encountered the rudest person ever on the phone from this company. For almost a year they never came to inspect our septic as outlined in the contract. We didn't realize that until we were having very strong odors from the septic and when I called they said we weren't under contract, which we were. I found out then they had not been out since August 2014. Our aerator had to be replaced. When I questioned them about them not upholding their end of the contract they placed the blame for the aerator because the septic needed to be pumped. The last notice I got from them on the septic stated it was ok--I never saw one that indicated otherwise. The lady was very rude--poor customer service skills. I am cancelling my contract with them that I paid for 2015 -- they haven't done anything they were suppose to and I'm out the money. My neighbors have had similar experiences.
