Hi...I'm not usually one to complain, but I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The units themselves are nice along with the area, but the management is terrible. First they are expensive for what they are. When I moved in they gave me a great move in rate then a year later they raised my rent $100 dollars claiming that they couldn't afford to have me live there for that amount. When I questioned them management gave me the "it is what it is attitude which I thought was very disrespectful. It feels like they have no regard for their residents what so ever. Second when I moved in I stated that I wanted a garage which they provide free of charge. At the time I was put on the waiting list which was fine. A year later I inquired about my garage and received no response (this was the second time I had called about something and received no response the first being concerning the rent increase.) After the third call in to them they stated that I had had a garage for 6 months (would have been nice to know.) So I got my garage, at the time you were allowed to keep extra personal belonging within reason in your garage. Recently everyone received a notice stated that we had 10 days to get everything out of our garages or else they would take it and store it for 30 days then get rid of it for a fee of course. As far as the community......seems like they will let just about anyone move in that is willing to pay the rent....in other words riffraff. People seem to have no respect for the facility. Every time I walk out my apartment door there is trash in the hallways. Please think twice about moving here.....I think any reasonable person will regret it.
