AEO Sucks by unsatisfied - 06/08/2009This place is at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to Motorcycle Shops. Teenagers work the counter and the owner is rude. I brought my bike in to replace a blown tire. They ordered the tire from Clifornia and said it would be here in 3 days. I drop the bike off and they call later stating that they now have to order a tube for the tire. Shoiuldn't a shop know what is needed to change a tire? Than after paying for the tire and stuff in advance, they do not except checks. Which would have been fine if they had some sort of notification of this. It was 6p.m. and the banks were closed. I had a friend pick me up and bring me to get it so he had to take me back home to get my car. What a pain. He laughingly apologized and didn't really care that I was upset and should have been told of this policy. Either way, the entire visit and transaction with this place was a nightmare. Trust me when I say, KEEP AWAY!!!
