What's going on with the paper?

by carol , 11/01/2012

Did the advertiser go bankrupted? They should at least let us know what's going on? What a way to do business.

Excellent Customer Service

by Howard Richards, Ingleside, IL , 10/05/2012

I have lived in Lake County for over 30 years and have placed many Ads in the Advertiser. Never have I run across anyone that has been rude nor short with me. Always polite and helpful. Giving suggestions to improve grammar and spelling. I will continue to place ads with the company.

Rude Telephone Personnel

by Disappointed in Arizona , 07/13/2009

I'm a former resident of Northern Illinois and Southeastern Wisconsin dating from the early sixties through November of 2004. I had used The Advertiser many many times over the years for various reasons, mainly the service directory. Now, I reside in Arizona. I called at 5:22 PM on July 13th of 2009 to place a for sale add for my home in Apache Junction and my summer retreat in Show Low. The lady who answered the phone was so clipped and rude that I decided to advertise elsewhere. What a shame that The Advertiser is not as I remember. Erick W. Miller Apache Junction, Az
