I have never in my life had to deal with people (Jason Sucher) or a company that is more unprofessional, dishonest, or corrupt. If you're considering having them manage your property, I have one word for you: RUN!

Rented a place from here, and didnt have a problem til the last of our lease. They would have showings of the place while we were still living there our last month with little to no notice.When it came time to get back our deposit check they mishandled the check and were very rude and uncooperative when it came time to figure it out. Doesn't surprise me they have all bad reviews

I got off to a rocky start with Jason. He is quick to defend his company and policies. In the end Jason went the extra mile to and went to bat for me with my condo board and did a really nice thing for me and my family. Thank you.

Jason Sucher is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. This company is supposed to be working for me as the condo owner instead he makes up policy and fees as he goes. Horrible service, horrible person. I would never hire them to manager a property of mine as long as he works there.

Advantage Management has been working for us for 6 years and have been really happy with them. Like on the evening news, it is always the bad news that leads the headlines. These guys have done good work for us.

They used to manage my properties and I know other people who had rental properties with them too. We were all displeased with their service. Horrible screening, horrible maintence guys, horrible move out inspections.
