WORST COMPANY EVER!!

I have never been treated so badly by a company in my entire life. Advantage lock and key was dispatched out by a third party company and I had no idea that is how locksmith companies work. The technician arrived at my house at 7:37pm on Saturday night. He did not seen to know what he was doing and started the job by taking off the wrong door and making us put it back together. He then proceeded to drop and lose things the entire time. He lost the "E" piece to lock and had to replace it with a broken one out of the trunk of his car. We had to be with him the entire time holding flashlights for him and finding lost or dropped pieces by the time he finished the job it was 11:00 pm and he handed us two bolts and a black piece and stated he didn't know where the pieces went and it was no big deal. He was also unprofessional enough to bring his girlfriend to the job with him, have us provide him bottled water, and even use our bathroom. Upon trying the keys they didn't seem to quite fit right and he said they just needed to be used.The keys still do not work right and when we went to open the door the handle is completely loose and not put on the door right, the lock is recessed into the handle, and when we went to roll down the window it completely slammed into the door and the auto feature to roll up the window will not work. The window is completely loose inside of the door and will not roll up now. Sunday morning I checked my bank statement and instead of being charged $205, I was charged $205 dollars twice. I immediately called the company using the phone number listed on my receipt and asked to have a different technician to come out to fix the door. They refused my request. I then asked to speak to a manger and was told one would call me. When the supposed Manager contacted me I was treated completely rudely and said I would be given a refund but only the original tech would be sent. I refused this saying he did not know what he was doing and did not want further damage done to my vehicle. He then became even ruder to me, calling me names and hanging up on me. I called back numerous times and each time he told me he did not care and he would not help me and proceeded to hang up on me again. He now will not answer the phone when I call or picks up the phone and hangs up again. At this point my door is still broken and I have not been reimbursed my double charge. I contacted the original number that I called for service that had issued my order to Advantage Lock and Key and was told that they had been told by the company that I was too" broke" to pay for services and that I never had services completed. I looked them up on the BBB and they have an F rating. I did not call Advantage Lock and Key a dispatch company sent them to me. I am completely appalled at their customer service and frankly their technician's competency.
