The worst, most incompetent, car dealership and service department ever. How many car delearships can you go into to to buy a car and the sales staff ignores you? How about being a (formerly) loyal Ford service customer...you take your car in for it's regular service and they charge you $70 to replace a single spring on the fuel door that they tell me is a factory defect?! How about getting a report that everything is ine with your car and then, a month later, the battery blows up? This, by the way, on a 2 year old Ford Fusion? Don't bother filing a compliant by the way, they don't care. Ford's national customer service will lie to you as well. So, avoid this dealership and Ford in general. WORST customer service experience in 40 years of vehicle ownership.
