Swedish:
A popular massage technique that uses medium pressure to ensure relaxation improves circulation and eases tension in the body.

Deep Tissue:
A deeper massage designed for individuals wanting more detailed body work on specific muscle groups. An excellent choice for relief of chronic tension.

Therapeutic Massage:
A combination of Swedish, deep tissue & trigger point therapy.

Hot Stone:
Using the penetrating heat of basalt stones which are incorporated into a Swedish massage taking the level of relaxation to new boundaries.

Pre-Natal Massage:
A full body massage with concentration on legs, feet and lower back where expectant mothers need it most. Safe for 3-8 months of pregnancy.

Reflexology Point Therapy:
A technique using pressure point therapy mainly on the feet, but also hands & ears, to restore the flow of energy throughout the body. This bodywork involves application of pressure on the soles of the feet to stimulate body organs & relieve areas of congestion.

Diva Face/Scalp Massage:
Melt away the day’s stress with this rejuvenating scalp & face treatment. Rosemary oil is massaged onto the pressure points of the scalp and face, while gentle movements loosen your tight muscles. A great way to ease headache pain, sinus problems or simply relax.

Stress-Relieving Back Treatment:

Bliss on The Rocks:
This is an extremely relaxing & therapeutic treatment for your body & soul. A scalp massage with customized essential oils energizes your entire body as acupressure points are stimulated to send revitalizing messages to the entire body. Hot stones and warmed oil gently glide on pressure points of your feet and lower legs to help restore balance while reducing tensions.
