My family and I have been patients of Advanced Dental since we moved to Ocala nearly five years ago. I lost my job several months ago and have been desperately seeking employment to provide for my family. I recently resqueduled several appointments do to travel required to go attend interviews in other cities. I called this morning to schedule an appointment and was informed that Advanced Dental had dismissed me as a patient. Their decision to cut their losses on a patient who was struggling to keep an apointment seems to me short sighted and calouse, but it was clearly a business decision with no concideration for me, the patient. I was dissapointed that after several years of patronage I was sumarily dismissed without the curtesy of a conversation.
