We are Adult Dance Fitness. We instruct dance classes for your night life & more, such as: Fitness Pole Dancing, Ballet, Hip Hop, Break dancing, Kick Boxing, Chair Dancing, Cardio Strip Tease, Jazz, Ballroom, Yoga, Pilates and Women's Self Defense.
