I am very disappointed with the service provided at this establishment. I had been purchasing all of my equipment here for the past two years. I waited for almost a year for the external carrier I ordered and called more than two dozen times trying to get information on when my carrier would be available. This was after waiting a very long time and having the wrong carrier arrive that needed to be returned. Every time I called I was told they were looking into it and the individual would be contacting the company to find out where it is. Today I called to speak to the owner, Michael, to express my frustration with the long delay and the lack of communication. He told me that he did not know what to tell me and that I should just find another place to buy my equipment from. That's what I call the poorest customer service I have ever received. Those of us in law enforcement, fire, and EMS rely on Admirals for our equipment and we expect a certain level of customer service that was not met. I was dumbfounded by his response and complete lack of accountability for his employee’s poor customer service.
