As a parent you want to see your child do well in life and succeed, but when your child is struggling, it takes a toll on the entire family. As a Life Coach and Mentor, I help teens, young adults and families navigate their way through life's challenges; working with them to improve their communication and problem solving skills, manage expectations, take ownership of their actions and behaviors, examine choices and outcomes and guide them with realistic goals for personal and family success.

Adolescence brings new challenges and understanding the developmental tasks of adolescence can provide powerful insight. Teens and parents often feel alone. Parents have concerns and yet feel alienated or shut out of their teen's life. Teens can be overwhelmed with the challenges they face, such as body image, a sense of belonging, peer relationships and dating, school issues and motivation and wondering how they can meet the expectations adults have for them. I can help!

Life offers some of the toughest hurdles and they come in many forms. I can help your teen and you, face these challenges and transitions with the tools you need to find hope and success.
