Don't bother by Someone who knows - 11/21/2009ADEA has continued to disappoint. As a resident for three years, I have seen ADEA cater to an extremely large number of recently-released convicts, including sex offenders and many disruptive behaviors. ADEA drags their feet whenever a maintenance request is given and ignores complaints like filthy grounds and laundry rooms and drug activity. The office staff looks down their noses at the residents, which is obvious if you unfortunately ever have to contact them. The last two years, ADEA has instigated a personal inspection of their occupied apartments, claiming they wish to insure residents are adhering to their rules and regulations. It is an invasion of privacy, period. In my opinion, you're better off excluding ADEA from your list of potential rental properties. You would only regret the decision.
