I have hired Mr. Adamson to represent me on two occasions and he has consistently addressed my needs with the highest professional acumen. He is extremely responsive, empathic, detail oriented and offers his services at reasonable cost. If you require legal services look no further.

Bryan knows his stuff and whenever we walked into court together I knew business was going to be taken care of. His confidence is contagious! Whenever we left the courtroom, we sat and he took the time to explain to me what had just happened and what the next step was going to be.

F*&cking Awesome!

We have always been happy Brian Adamson and the Justice Firm. Bryan listens and always follows through. Cherish is very attentive to the clients needs as well. Adamson is a go-getter, and we love that about him. In fact, we would refer anyone to him.

Dream Team

I went through a divorce a year ago, and Bryan Adamson was my attorney. I chose him and The Justice Firm because they were reasonable in price , and simply on faith. The day I went to see him, I was very nervous and anxious. He put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. I was able to open up with him, and tell him my concerns and fears. I knew this was not going to be easy, but I also felt that they all had my best interests in mind. This came to be true through the process of the divorce and the issues with my ex-husband. Bryan, Cherish, and Rachel were the dream team I needed and I was so glad to have them on my side and represent me. It is now a year later, and I am living a much happier life. I am so glad I chose The Justice Firm!

Nasty Divorce

I knew I had to get a divorce and did not know how to go about it. I did not know the process but I needed to find help. If I had not used the Bryan for my divorce, I probably would have just signed off on the divorce papers and I would’ve gotten a lot less than I did. I would have gotten walked all over by my ex-wife’s attorney.Bryan is down to earth, he understood me, he cared about me and was genuine in our first meeting. After my divorce was final, Bryan did an order to show cause for contempt of court against my ex-wife for violating the Decree. I knew what she did was wrong and I did not know the legal method to go about making it right. I felt that her judgment was too clouded by emotions like hate, revenge and spite. When Bryan went to court in front of the judge he was very confident. I felt like he knew my case. His strong point is arguing. Taking my ex-wife back to court after our divorce and winning prevents her from walking all over me in the future. It has stopped her from pushing me around when it comes to co-parenting.Before, she would just dictate what time I could have our kids and I would be stuck with it. I would have to take what I could get. Bryan helped me realize my rights and helped me follow those guidelines. Now, I know my rights as a divorced parent and what the law entitles me to.I think if I had not taken my ex-wife back to court, she would’ve kept pushing and pushing the limits. It put her on the defensive side instead of offensive towards me. She was ordered to pay one-half of my attorney’s fees. Overall, The Justice Firm handled my case well. I have referred family and friends to him and they have also had successful outcomes.J.R., St. George, UT

Here are some important things you should know about attorney Bryan T. Adamson, who owns The Justice Firm:

PUBLIC REPRIMAND:

On February 28, 2012, the Chair of the Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court entered an Order of Discipline: Public Reprimand against Bryan T. Adamson, for violation of Rules 1.4(a) (Communication), 1.5(b) (Fees), 1.15(d) (Safekeeping Property), 7.1 (Communications Concerning a Lawyer’s Services), 7.2(c) (Advertising), and 8.4(a) (Misconduct) of the Utah Rules of Professional Conduct.

In summary:

Mr. Adamson and his client entered into a contingency fee agreement wherein Mr. Adamson agreed to represent the client in a medical malpractice case. The client paid Mr. Adamson an advance to cover filing costs. The client later sent Mr. Adamson an email terminating the representation and requesting a return of the filing costs. Mr. Adamson responded that he would not refund any money because he had spent significant hours on the case. Mr. Adamson further told the client that he would place a lien on the case if she took the case to a new attorney. Mr. Adamson told the client her case was not worth pursuing. The client sent three follow up requests for Mr. Adamson to provide an itemization of his fees. Mr. Adamson refused to provide an itemization of his fees. The client again requested that Mr. Adamson document his lien claim so that she could make a decision about whether to proceed with her case. Mr. Adamson did not respond to this request. Mr. Adamson had not done the amount of work on the case to justify the figure he used when threatening to place the lien. Mr. Adamson’s yellow page advertising included a guarantee that he would pay a client $1000 if they did not win their case. Mr. Adamson’s firm website did not contain his name. Mr. Adamson was informed by the OPC that the website did not contain his name, but he failed to take steps to correct it.

PUBLIC REPRIMAND:

On April 9, 2012, the Chair of the Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court entered an Order of Discipline: Public Reprimand against Bryan T. Adamson, for violation of Rules 1.4(a) (Communication), 1.4(b) (Communication), 1.5(b) (Fees), 1.16(b) (Declining or Terminating Representation), 1.16(d) (Declining or Terminating Representation), and 8.4(a) (Misconduct) of the Utah Rules of Professional Conduct.

In summary:

Mr. Adamson was retained to represent a client in a divorce. The fee agreement was signed by the client’s mother, who also paid the fee. The fee agreement was entitled “Stipulated Divorce Flat Fee Retainer Agreement.” The fee agreement provided that the case would be handled on a flat fee basis, but in the event of trial, the client would pay an hourly rate. Mr. Adamson filed the Petition for Divorce and later sent the client an invoice for an amount over and above the flat fee already paid. Prior to sending the bill, Mr. Adamson did not communicate to the client that he had converted the case from a flat fee to an hourly rate. Later Mr. Adamson told the client he would not complete the case until the fees were paid. Mr. Adamson eventually withdrew from the case. Mr. Adamson admitted that when he withdrew from the case there was only about thirty minutes of work left to do on the case to get the divorce finalized.

Best Service. Best Price. Easy Access. Great attorney.

This lawyer has handled my business issues for years now and I LOVE the way he does business. Just the right amount of fight and negotiation. Won a $300,000 lawsuit that was filed against me in Texas. The Plaintiff got NOTHING from me. Now he is taking care of my real estate and financial legal needs. I could not recommend him highly enough. I used to have another local attorney (Sam Draper) who took $10,000 from me and essentially did nothing on my case. Good attorneys are hard to find, so call this guy now.

So Thankful

This attorney is one of the very few that actually care. He took care of my case and made sure that I got the results I wanted from a very painful divorce. This is one lawyer that gets service and how to deal with clients.

Inconsiderate jerk who WILL ruin your life

Bryan Adamson is in such a hurry he will only read the begining and end of your case. he assumes most everything that comes out of his mouth. He is rude, inconsiderate and abrupt. I have never had so much disregard for my rights as a parent in my life. He should not be working for the state. One of the worst lawyers and state workers i have ever come across in my life.

NOT GOOD

THE DAY I MET HIM HE AGREED IN WRITING THAT HE WOULD REPRESENT ME,2-DAYS LATER WE REQUESTED BY FAX THAT HIS OFFICE SEND A MEDICAL LIEN FORM SO I COULD CONTINUE TREATMENT FOR INJURIES FROM A CAR CRASH THEY FAILED TO RESPOND AFTER A PHONE CALL & FAX,THEN I E-MAILED HIS OFFICE ASKING FOR HELP AND HIS ASSISTANT "AMY" CALLED BACK AND SAID THEY THOUGHT I WAS BEING TOO DEMANDING AND HE WANTED TO RETURN MY CASE BECAUSE HE WAS TOO BUSY, I HAD BORROWED MONEY IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 310..00 IN A FORM OF A MONEY ORDER ALREADY MADE OUT TO THE DISTRICT COURT SO HE REALLY PUT US OUT AND IT HAS BEEN VERY SPINELESS TO DO THIS AFTER WE HAD IN WRITING CONTRACT FOR HIM TO REPRESENT ME AND I AM SUFFERING IN PAIN FROM AUTO ACCIDENT TO HAVE TO RUN AROUND AND BORROW MONEY FOR HIM IT HAS CAUSED ADDITIONAL TRAUMA AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, I WOULD NOT, LET ME REPEAT, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE! I AM CURRENTLY CHECKING THE UTAH STATE BAR FOR RULES ON THIS CONDUCT I WILL ALSO CHECK HIM OUT IN TEXAS WHEN HE BECAME
