I brought in a winter coat& 3 pair of high end jeans one to be hemmed. My cost took 2days to clean & when I received it it was still dirty with the same spots on it that made me bring it to the cleaners in the first place. 1 pair of my jeans were RUINED! Lioked as if they washed it with my dark colored jeans because it had blue dye ALL over them they were silver metallic jeans with dark blue dye all over them. At the same time my brother turned in a 6psie of jeans with 4bdinv high end jeans as well. When he got his jeans 3were ruined & one pair was missing. They had burn marks, obvious grease stains& dye from other jeans. The manager requested that we send the 4 ruined jeans back. After 2days I go to pick up the jeans. My metallic jeans were the EXACT same & my brother was missing yet ANOTHER pAir of the 3 he sent back to be redone. The other 2pair was exactly how he DIDNT want them, heavy starch with a crease! The woman behind the registered called the manager in Angleton. Denetta I think is her name is the absolute WORST manager I've seen in ANY company. She ARGUED with me that we only turned in 2 jeans to be recleaned. She refused to give us any information on the owner. She refused to refund me for my dirty coat, she was VERY argumentative & unprofessional. She did not take pride in her employee she threw her under the bus & blamed the whole thing on her. Denetta then later "found" my brothers 2 pair of jeans that were missing & said to come back Monday & everything would be resolved. I am a VERY angry customer because they ruined my 200.00 pair of jeans along with my brothers True Religion Jeans. This is the WORST cleaners in the entire world!!
