1 Poor Response by FedUpWithActionCollections - 08/29/2010

Owing a debt to Action Collection is bad for everyone involved. For starters this company refuses to send monthly statements unless promised a ridiculous monthly payment. If large payments could be made action collections wouldn't have the debt for starters. Also attempting to settle with action collection for the actual amount of the debt was impossible they would rather slowly collect interest. More people are apt to pay an agency that is willing to work with them. The manager is unprofessional and rude which only angers people who need to pay a debt this causes no payments at all. Consider hiring an agency that will do monthly statements and can behave in a professional manner then there may actually be repayment of a debt. These people do not hold on to information they are supposed to and are typically unable to give necessary information on a debt. Bad for business no matter if you are the one who wants money back or if you are the one owing. This company needs to change the way
