Ace can take your concept from the drawing stage to a finished metal product, or anywhere in between. The following are activities performed by Ace: Tool and Die Making Metal Spinning Metal Stamping Polishing and Buffing Decorative Electroplating E-Coating Powder Coating Assembly Ace has an extensive tool library which gives it the ability to form thousands of different shapes. Our metal spinning division has been making metal parts for industry since 1952. Typical items manufactured include lamps, glass rings, reflectors, HVAC components, horn instruments, motor covers and machine parts. Since tooling is built in-house, it is very economical.
