Honest and Hard Working by wendy - 09/28/2009My basement flooded in September 2009, due to an irrigation pipe break. We live in a large, beautiful home in Draper, and were afraid that anyone that we called to come out to help, would decide to double their normal fee, once they saw our home. We called several disaster/flood/carpet restoration companies, and NO ONE would give me an estimate on the cost per square foot. They'd all say "We need to actually be there in order to assess the damage." That's code for let's see how much we can get away with charging. Bill, the owner/operator of Ace Restoration and Carpet Cleaning, was the only person who actually gave me a set price, over the phone, and was able to come out to help us within 20 minutes of me hanging up the phone. We were flabbergasted. Bill is soft-spoken, and come across as a simple guy, but he is honest and a very hard worker. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
