Recently I shopped at the Olsen Ace Hardware in downtown Waukegan. The employees were friendly, professional and very helpful! The manager, Chris, was very kind and took the time to answer all my questions. And when I was unable to make a trip to the store another day (due to a sprained ankle), Ace Hardware kindly delivered a fluorescent lightbulb I desperately needed to my home! I will always choose this store as my number one hardware store. 😀 Great staff, too!

Ace gives the service that Home Depot and Lowes doesn't.
