1 Poor Service/Bad Parts by Cheryl G - 09/25/2014

Would never buy from them again. Filing a complaint with the BBB. Bought an ac compressor. Three mechanics said it was bad. Took it back the next day. Supervisor Rick looked at the part, spun the top. When he spun it, it was grinding. He look at me and said its good. All ac compressors make noise. Me being a woman he expected me to believe that. Then he turns and says I'll give you a store credit. After he just insulted me with that lie, I would just say ok.

Upon inspection I did notice that the part didn't have the same rubber gasket going all the way around it like the one from my car and several of the slats on the fan were either cracked or broken and missing. Needless to say, the thing was LOUD as hell. It did settle down a little bit for a very little while...about a week. Then it got gradually louder for about three weeks until it finally stopped doing anything at all. In between the time I put this blower in my car until now, about January 10th or so, I had a very bad fall on the ice and ended up in traction for a week and in bed for another two. Getting out into my car and removing the blower and putting another in, and within the "30 day" warran
