Complete Phone System Installation by MM - 08/14/2009
Accurate/Northern Communications responded to our RFP for a complete phone system upgrade. Their proposal was selected as the best out of six proposals we received. The team felt that their response stood out amount the rest due to their attention to detail and willingness to provide a cost effective solution and not try to sell us the cadillac of systems. The Iwatsu system they proposed is a hybrid system that offers the customer a choice of VOIP or TDM phones. It also has all of the new features of a converged system allowing us to send our voicemail messages to our email. The system was installed in July 2009 and our users really like it. The Accurate installers and trainers did an outstanding job.
