During the last few years, we have spent many hours researching the common pitfalls of our industry. Through interviews, questionnaires and observations we have pinpointed and addressed the three main concerns of every physician in regards to their transcription needs: That of a job delivered fast, with minimal or no errors, and according to their particular specifications.
The results of our efforts led us to the creation of an operational system we proudly call S.A.C. (Speed, Accuracy and Customization). This unique system delivers quality transcriptions in 24 hours guaranteed every single time and at a competitive price. Here is how we do it:
Speed
In the transcription world, speed depends greatly on transfer time as well as in the speed of our technicians. At Accu-Write, we set up your account in such way that you will be able to call in your dictation from any phone directly into our digital computer. If you prefer the digital hand held method, you can use our web site to upload your dictation.
In either case, our people will receive your material quickly and go to work on the spot.
Using state of the art stenography and transcription programs, your work is done with great speed. When finished, the job is returned right to your computer via our web site.
The primary reason for our unmatched speed has to do with our Transcriptionist-to-Physician ratio. Where other companies use the same transcriptionist for any and all physicians (random assignment systems), we assign specific people to a small number of physicians. As your material arrives, the right person is waiting and ready to go to work immediately.
Accuracy
Every job goes through several quality control checkpoints, which begins with computerized spell checkers, computerized medical dictionaries, and ends with double proofreading. Each staff member is trained "never to guess" and all questions or doubts are channeled via our unique system of double-checks to prevent context and spelling errors. This multiple supervision ensures a quality transcription and less "fill in the blank" work for you.
Our specific assignment of transcriptionists to physicians also ensures that, in time, our technicians learn the specific idiosyncrasies of each client, voice recognition, and common nomenclature, thus, minimizing the repetition of similar mistakes.
Customization
This is one of our biggest "sellers." The best way we can bring this point home is to say that if we were to print a sample page from each of our clients, none of them would look the same! That is the degree of our commitment to customization.
We made it a policy not to impose our own S.O.A.P. note standards on our clients. Rather, we create a format based on the unique requirements of your practice. This is done first by our field manager who stays with you until every detail has been worked out and is functioning properly, then a transcriptionist is assigned and trained personally by the manager to reproduce the same exact results and supervised periodically to ensure top quality.
Any changes or innovations are once again worked out through our experienced managers and implemented into the system in the same fashion. There are no additional fees or "special pricing" for customization. Custom work is what we pride ourselves on.
