We have left clocks with him for years. He told my husband he had to order parts from Germany. We paid him along because it was going to cost. Well he’s had the clocks for over 10 years now and now we find out he has passed and his shop is empty. My clocks are gone one was my grandfathers clock he gave my dad who gave to my husband. I am not a happy person.

I don't know anything about clocks, but I have taken my jewelry to Alex for years for repair or sizing and he has always done a great job. In fact I went to look for him last week and found out that his business is now closed. JP

Do not take any type of clock are watch to be repaired at this place. I was referred to Accu-Time to have a retirement clock of my deceased father-in-law repaired. After three weeks I receive the clock and it operated for a total of one day at which time I immediately returned it to Mr. Sung. Since that time it has been over 1 year that he's had this clock and has came up with every excuse possible for not having it fixed and returned it to me. I'll even requested for him to just give me the clock back refund my money and I will take it elsewhere he didn't even have it on the premises. I wish I had never stepped into that business and I hope this will give fair warning to anyone that is considering to have any type of work done at Accu-Time. I'm in the process of filing legal action against this man.

Located in a low rent district in the city of South Houston, not far from Hobby Airport, is this shop that advertises that he buys and sells gold in addition to doing clock repairs. My first impression, in addition to this not being a safe neighborhood, was seeing disassembled clocks wall to wall and wondering how he could keep track of everyone's clock problems there. There was a narrow passage to the counter and the proprietor was very nice and had a good sense of humor. I brought our mantle clock to him at the end of April, 2016 for a broken spring that operated the hourly chimes. It's been, so far, almost 7 months and it is still not repaired. He doesn't answer when we call his store and he doesn't return our calls, even to his cellphone. Finally, I drove down there today find out what was happening and he said that he needed more time for parts or whatever (he has said that many times before), said that it would be after Thanksgiving before he could fix it and finally said that if I wasn't satisfied, he would give me the clock to take elsewhere. I cannot comment on his expertise but he seems very unorganized to say the least. I don't understand how he can stay in business like this unless it is not from doing clock repairs. You would be wise to take your clock elsewhere.

In a world where everyone expects everything instant or fast clock repair is not instant. Mr. Sung kept my Grandfather clocks for 3 months. One of my clocks was antique from the 1800's and had not run in about 5 years. Of course my clocks were not the only ones he was working on at this time. Mr Sung gives you his cell phone number and card to call at any time. He does not issue progress reports but if you text or call him he will answer you in a reasonable time. He drove all the way from Houston to my House in Bellville which is very far. I live in a rural area. He brought my clocks all the way back to Bellville yesterday and they are running beautiful. He had to make parts for my antique clock and am thankful for his great service and excellent work. Thank you Mr. Sung.

This guy is a creep he took my Clock July 1 and I just got it back today he didn't fix it he tried to keep it and use my parts for someone else's Clock do not take anything to that man he is a crook and a criminal

He does miracles, I have had him working on my clocks since 1999, and my home is filled with clocks me and my family enjoy hearing those clocks chime

Best clock shop in town! They have the best prices and they make your clocks work like new even better.I brought my wall clock here and made my clock chime so beautiful. Then I had him work on my grandfather clock and he gave me a better price than chaplle Jordan they wanted to charge me $1,456. Mr. Sung only charged me 350 to over haul it . He is the best, I'm glad he is my clock man
