I have read these reviews and talked with Abdu the owner...I have dealt with this company and Abdu for more than 10 years and must report only excellent service and results. Many of our Company employees have gotten visa's here and never once has there been any problems whatsoever. I recommend this service to everyone and have also never heard a single complaint.. A friend, considering using this service saw these reviews and was frightened. I talked with him and he used the service and praised it. I have 2 people using it now as well and he will always do this business for our friends and company personnel. On time and with a smile always.

Fri 4/15/11 I was help by Jesus he was nice & said I could get a discount bcuz Im a student & if I paid in cash So I agreed & he offered to drive me to the bank. nice but strange since he was the only 1 left at the office I agreed anyway He closed the shop, we went to the bank I took out cash & gave it to him along with my information stamped and sealed to be mailed by them. He gave me a receipt & it seemed perfect I was getting my passport & I got a discount! It was 12:44AM on Sunday I had a strange number call me 7 times Then I received texts saying that it was Jesus I asked how he got my number and whats going on He said there was a problem with my passport and he could lose his job if I didnt help him fix it! When I called him he said that there was a mistake with the money and that I need to write him a check He asked me not to call the office. I did & found out he stole the money along with 2 checks from the office. Jesus had changed my # so owner couldnt call me! DO NOT GO HERE!

Access Pasport and Visa services are GREAT!! I was scheduled to leave out of the country in 2 days when I realized my passport was expired, I called them and they were very helpful. I got my passport in 2 days just as they promissed! Great Service! the young man "Jesus" is very polite and respectful and even offered to retake my photo until I decided whichone i liked. They are the best!

To Whom This May ConcernI was promised a passport for Wednesday by the older man if I applied by Monday. I applied Monday morning by 9:00AM. The younger man said I would have the passport on Thursday. When I questioned this he said the women there just before me was the last one to receive the passport for Wednesday even though none of the passport applications left the office yet. In addition the younger man had me pose for the pictures by looking down. I remember the smile on his face as he kept on telling me to look down further and further. Perhaps he decided to play a prank and have fun at my expense. I never did get to see the photos prior to receiving the passport although he claims he showed them to me. The way he had me pose profiled me more like a terrorist especially since I wear a beard. I was stopped three times during my trip and thoroughly questioned. In addition the price quoted me was not the total price. I did receive the passport by Thursday but I would not recommen
