We have a very low rate of employee turnover and still have some of the original employees that were with Academy since our inception. Most of the management and key personnel, including several of the state's top producing Loan Officers, have over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, and have been with Academy for many years. We believe it's important to find trained, experienced employees that are experts in their field. This allows us to focus our time and energy on refining and improving what we do best. Every member of the production staff at Academy Mortgage is a key piece of the overall puzzle.
