AVOID THIS CLOWN AT ALL COST. HE IS A LIAR... He was sub contracted by Best Buy to come and check out a dryer that was delivered 4 days ago that would not work and like the other post on this site regarding this clown he kept texting saying he was on the way and never showed. He never answers the phone when you call. AVOID THIS CLOWN AT ALL COST.

My heat pump went out and my house was unbearable. I contacted AC Heating and Appliance Repair and spoke to Jason. Very pleasant experience. Jason fixed my heat pump and offered to come back in the event that anything else happened.

My Samsung refrigerator needed repaired. I called Samsung and they gave me AC Heating & Appliance Repair to come out to my house and fix the refrigerator. He was suppose to call the day before coming out. He never did. I called him on both of his numbers and it went to the mailbox but the problem is his mailbox was full. The day of the appointment at 8:00am and he never showed up to fix my Samsung refrigerator. I called again and still the mailbox is full. What type of business would not empty his mailbox to receive messages for new clients? DO NOT USE AC HEATING & APPLIANCE REPAIR. He doesn't care about his customers.

Avoid this guy at all costs. Jason Huffman is a liar and can't be trusted. He said he would be at my house at a certain time to fix my refrigerator. He never showed up and never called. I tried to calling him many times. He never returned my calls. He should not be in this business. DON'T USE HIM!

Called several times and never got a call back, was in emergency for heat repair. Finally called another number and got a very rude older man and he said that they were backed up and not to expect them to help me anytime soon, call someone else if I was in a hurry. So I did, I wanted to share with everyone who may need to call.
