Needed Furnace Repair by Jason Deal, Tinley Park, IL - 10/02/2009I can't recommend this guy enough, he did excellent work, he is honest (*he didn't pretend there were any 'problems' to sell me a new unit I didn't need) and he worked in my best interest, working with the limited parts warranty my furnace came with to keep my costs as low as possible. The problem: My A-Coil was leaking water and fried out my circuit board. It was doing that to my old furnace as well. The guy I had out last year to fix the problem took the money, but never fixed the problem. He sold me a new furnace, which fried out just as easily as the old one.Tim (owner of Absolute) identified the issue right over the phone, and was able to come out the next morning to fix the furnace. There were no 'surprise' problems to charge more money, no extra fees, just an honest guy doing great work. My furnace is fixed which I'm very happy about. But the bigger win here is finally having an honest guy to go to when I need heat/ac work done. I'm happy to recommend him to anyone.
