I have been going here for 12 years now and I have never received a bad service. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. My manicures and pedicures have always turned out amazing no matter who did them. I have tried the gel polish, the gel overlay, and just regular manicures, which surprised me with the comment about how bad their nails looked. Spray tans are natural looking without the damage. Waxing is quick and effective. Color/cuts have always been amazing. Make-up applications and up-do's have made me feel great about the way I looked. Whether it was prom or a special occasion I looked great. I received an ultrasound facial last week and it made my skin feel amazing and helped some of my breakouts. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I love how they go to different training to know what the current trend is. It is definitely the best salon and spa in Butler!!!

I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I had to give my opinion and set the record straight on a few things about this salon after reading the brutal review that was given below I have been a VIP client of this salon for the past 15 years. As a matter of fact, I have been a client of Taunya the owner for the past 15 years and hope to be for the next 20! She not only takes pride in this salon, but also in her CranberryTwp salon Alera which I also have seen her at and both locations are always FULL. If I have to wait more than 4 weeks to get an appointment with her, then business cant be that bad!!

Now I understand that not everyone is going to be satisfied with every person they meet or every service that they receive, but this salon WILL make a wrong a right regardless of whether you have a coupon or not. Accidents happen, we all make them and it sounds to me like she also made it right.

The stylists and managers are all well trained and take pride in their work and would not want any unsatisfied clients leaving. I have never in all the appointments I have had at this salon been treated in anyway remotely related to what was described below or couldn't imagine anyone treating anyone the way she describes being treated.

I would and have recommended this salon to all of my family, co-workers, and friends and they all have been more than satisfied with all of their services and have been clients for years.

Groupons are offered by thousands and thousands of business as a way to help people save a little money as well as for businesses to gain new customers and promote business. To say that this place is desperate for business is truly an unfair statement to make. It's a false statement if anything!!!

I am not being asked to write this review nor am I an employee of the salon, I just needed to get out to all the new people who may in fact want to give her salon a try that you wont be disappointed. Not only will you get great service for a great price but they are ALL alot of fun and you WILL be pampered guarantee it

The negative statement below will NOT hurt Above It All in anyway the simple fact is once your a client you don't leave

DON'T GO! They give the worst manicure and pedicures! My daughter and I went. The final result was terrible. It bubbled and chipped in one day. When we asked for our money back they refused. I let them redo mine and in the process the girl spilled the nail polish on my clothes and shoes. It was a disaster and they still refused to give my money back. I would have given the person double their money back! They must be desperate for business.

I'm new to the area and was looking for a place to get my hair cut and colored. A friend told me about this place, but that she thought it was pricey. I decided to give it a try anyway, because I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. The prices are what I was used to paying in my hometown, and some of the prices are actually less expensive than what I thought they'd be which is really nice. I've now had my hair done there twice and both times my color turned out exactly the way I wanted it! Everyone there is very friendly!

First came to this salon because I loved my sister's hair! I was extremely happy with the outcome. Always had horrible haircuts when trying to find someone who could do an inverted bob. Michelle is awesome! Thanks! Will be coming back again!

Bought a groupon, had never been to this salon before. It was way nicer than expected! Very attentive staff, clean, friendly and a great service, would recommend to others.

Love this salon! I have gotten great massages, manicures, pedicures and haircuts. I am always pleased with the service and stylists. I especially love getting my hair done by Beth!

Came in last week.......brought my two daughters, and myself. We were recovering from THREE bad haircuts that we got up the road from Above It All, all three stylists were great, our hair was cut very straight and styled beautifullly! We just moved back to the area and this will be our new place! Thanks Beth, Tanya and Candace!!

Best updo style!!

Just started going to Above it All about a year ago. Figured we would just take the kids to another local "known" salon, The other place was not very nice to my childeren, We we only make all of our family appointments with the girls at Above it All, its always bright clean and friendly in there....why save a few bucks to be treated badly up the road! Thanks gor the great work girls!

Such a fresh and clean salon! Always changing, and up to date. The staff is all lovely and pleasant.......not what I have experienced in the Butler area. Glad to have a nice place with a fun friendly staff to go see!

Recently came for a wedding party. Had a great time and loved my hair! Michelle did a great job, and I will be back again soon!

Have been going to Above It All since it opened back in 2001! The girls there are great! Its like a fun family when you go in there! Most all of the clients know one another and the staff is very friendly and talented! There pedicure room is nothing like anything in Butler.....a private and very clean room, with nice staff members that actually want to do your nails! Next time Im in, Im trying there new spray tanning!

Went to Above It All this past weekend and the staff was super friendly and the salon was terrific! What a great day I had, I really liked my pedicure and my haircolor was PERFECT for once! I will be a regular for sure.

Highly recommended. Lanie was quite professional and talented.
