With three call centers throughout California, Ability has the staffing to accommodate most companies needs. We believe telephone answering is an art. In many ways, the personality of your business is reflected over the telephone to your Clients, customers and prospects. Our TSR's (telephone service representative's) are specially trained to treat your business as if it were their own. We share only the information you have designated to be given out to the caller, while capturing all of the information from the caller.

Once your telephone lines are transferred (usually by call forwarding), our friendly staff answers your calls in a professional manner that heightens your business image. Each message is processed according to your exacting specifications. Our telephone answering switch system allows customization of your answering instructions to mirror all of your office needs. The system captures all vital information from your caller while allowing a myriad of delivery options. In other words, Ability is able to relay the pertinent messages by fax or e-mail to you when
you have returned to your office. If you are "on the go" messages can be sent to a cellular phone, PDA or pager. In addition, a report logging your calls is always ready to be sent at pre-scheduled times or upon your request.

You can rest assured that once a call has been presented to our TSR they stay on the line until the call has been completed, which enables them to concentrate solely on your call without the distractions of answering other calls.
