I was tooken advantage of and lied to and swindled out of an extra $30. First the sales guy lied and told me the air conditioner i was looking at would definitely work really good on the size of room I had, i then said maybe I should go with a bigger one and the guy said o no it will freeze you out, so i took his advice and bought it. Then i was told i get a free 2 yr warrenty so i was glad. Then i looked at my bill and the 2yr warrenty cost me $30 when i was told it was free. I get it to my grandma's and the piece of crap didn't work and did even get cold. I had to drive all the way back from east tawas and had to have it carried in and out 2 times. I call them they told me to call a 1800 # then i asked for the boss. He then tried to screw me out of another $100 just to get one just a little bigger one. I begged them and told them it was for my grandma she has a ton of health problems and needs to stay cool. They didn't give a damn they just so well thats all i can do. Now i have to try to sell this one and save some more money up just to try to get my grandma a bigger one. Don't go there the products are garbage i have went there 2 times and both went wrong. Save your money and go to Lowe's or somewhere else. They lie and cheat and don't care about there customers at all.

This store gives exceptional service and strive for customer satisfaction. When I had a problem, they went above and beyond. Not only was I satisfied but they left me eager to do business with them again.

They have a lot of really nice gift ideas for the hard to buy for people. I'll be back next Christmas.

Walked in searching for a refrigerator. The sales person came down on the price of the fridge without my even asking. Very pleased with the price and the delivery service. In less than 24 hours I had my brand new refrigerator. The delivery people even assisted me in moving some heavy things around. Thank you, ABC Warehouse I am very pleased with my hassle free purchase, the price and the delivery service too!
