Great experience. I called and scheduled a tow ahead of time for 04/19/2014. The receptionist was friendly and professional. The driver, Lee, was punctual and showed up at the appointed time. Furthermore he was very careful and courteous with the antique military vehicle we were moving and was able to get it moved without mishap, even maneuvering the long rollback truck in tight quarters of the storage unit complex to nearly drop it right into the storage bay, a feat I didn't think possible. ABC is good at what they do and I would definitely recommend this service and/or call on them again.

I was so angry after my car accident about how everything went with my vehicle being towed and i was going to have to pay to retreive my personal belongings and felt i shouldn't have to that i posted the review above/below this one. Granted the night employee is still a jerk , just deal with the day people . They know what they are doing and will go the extra mile(without the mileage charge) pun intended, to help understand ways to handle particular situations. When i went back to my accident scene the driver of the company drove by and saw us there. He stopped to talk and see how everyone was that accompanied my vehicle n that accident . He was very nice and had a very good since of humor and offered useful information and assured everything would work out in the wash. Randy is the guy everyone should request if using this tow service . He understands the vulnerable times and peoples frustration and helps make u feel better about it. That im sure is not in his job descriptions . The lady at the front desk also went an extra mile or 2 to help out and spite my anger she maintained a good and positive attitude which has also been my motto in the years of customer service i have provided. All around great understanding people . Thanks and special thanks to randy.

To all Don't use Abc tow to two your car,truck,van etc whey will mess up your car and steal items from your car and don't want to do any thing about it and say his drivers don't do that so stay a way from ABC tow
