In this economy, they are very helpful by Barbara G. in Phoenix - 08/28/2009I have had lots of experiences with plumbing companies throughout my lifetime. But ABC Plumbing and Rooter has shown me just how good a company can treat its customer. I had some real problems with my water heater, but I didn't think I could afford to replace it. I even tried Home Depot to see if I could do it myself and save some money. I waited long enough that finally my water heater rusted through abd byrst one afternoon and caused a mess in the garage and adjoining wall to the house. ABC came right out, cleaned up the mess and put a new water heater in for me in no time at all.The plumber was cordial and very respectful. He really knew his job. I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated. AND---they gave me a discount that really helped me since I am really strapped for money right now. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ABC Plumbing and Rooter, you are number one in my book and I plan to recommend you to all of my friends.
