They had the best staff to work with. I had to have a banner printed for an event and they were able to help me design it and they had it done a day before I needed it. I am glad I found them because they had a special that month for banners and posters. I will go back to them for any banner or poster.

They shorted my order I made in January for a direct mailing project I was working on. When I contacted them to find some resolution to the issue, they made no attempt at all to make any resolution and completely denied making an error. I was ready to place another order but now after this experience I am glad I hadn't already place it.

We are very sorry that your mail house said you were shorted on this job! All our presses have counters on them and we have record of how many we printed and we also have record of how many we delivered. When we print and mail in house we GUARANTEE that all your pieces will go out no matter what we have to do, but we cannot be responsible when another mailing company loses/destroys the product! We would love a chance to make it up to you, please contact us anytime. Again we're sorry about the misunderstanding.
