Very UNPROFESSIONAL by Jessica - 06/29/2009We brought our car in on a friday afternoon, it shook when idle, not a huge issue. We repeatedly had to call aamco to check the status of the car, because we didnt recieve a call for 6 hours! Then we finally got a hold of them, and they said they were going to keep the car overnight... ok. Then the next day I went in at 10:30am to check the status, because still no call... he said "hes looking at it right now, I will call you when hes finished". They didnt tell me that they were about to close, nor did I get a call letting me know that they were still working on the car, or that they were closing and werent opened the next day on sunday!!! Now its monday, they have been open for an hour... and still no call. Lucky for them, our baby wasnt born this weekend, because our other car only has 2 seats! Terrible service!
