AAA Waterproofing, Inc. was purchased in 1977 by Jack and Mary Lou Rhine, who then incorporated the business in January of 1979.

AAA Waterproofing, Inc. has continued to grow with the Colorado market since its inception, and because of the foresight of the business ownership to hire key personnel and provide state of the art equipment and facilities AAA Waterproofing, Inc. remains the only choice for many General Contractors not only locally but nationally.
