Thank you for the wonderful service you have provided to us over the years.

1 Ditto's to unethical practices by Mr and Mrs Lawrence - 03/07/2012

We called affordable septic services in Washington and they fixed everything as promised. Arrived on-time, inspected, pumped, fixed a broken baffle and jetted my drain field. Very professional. AAA needs to learn from these guys, professionalism and honestly in solving customer problems. Just explain the situation in a professional manner.

5 Lets talk ethics by rebuttle - 02/23/2012

Mr O conner's son called for us to respond to a rental property. His son is manager as Mr o conner lives out of state. We ( myself and son )arrived to find house backed up. After finding drainfield we found surfacing sewage in a pond about 6' deep. We probed and found all lines to be backed up and failing. We called his son and informed him that the drainfield was failed and using up more time would not solve anything but cost more money. He agreed and we left charging him $85 for service call which he said his father would pay. We billed his father and he denied having us called so I sent him to collection. Worse yet is he is still making his renters live with a sewege pond in the back.

1 Unethical call anyone else by Mark O'Connor - 02/10/2012

Unethical, did not perform any work, did not even find my septic tank, is attempting to collect a service fee. if they put as much effort on actual work i might have payed them but all I got out of them was an invoice with what I told them about my system.
