Don't Use AAA They Will Rip You Off by Not happy w/AAA - 07/22/2009I recently used AAA to clean some flood damage in my basement. They sent a technician out who extracted all of the water and than placed some fans to dry out the walls and carpet. When he was finished with his work he handed me an invoice which I paid.3 days later when the technician came back to inspect the area for moisture and collect his equipment he handed me a new invoice. The new invoice was almost 15% higher than the original which I had already paid. When I asked about the increase in price I was told that after measuring all of the square footage the price went up. I was curious why he didn't add up the measurements the first time he was at my house when he had finished the work.I called the main office and was told that I needed to pay the extra 15% and there was nothing they could do about it. After complaining to the woman on the phone she eventually told me that a manager would call me to discuss it. No manager ever contacted me and they charged my credit card
