Broken Spring Replacement by MikeWVC - 03/03/2008I had called a major national repair company in the morning when I discovered the broken spring. They tried to tell me I could pull the release rope and lift it myself. They wanted to send someone out in 2 weeks. Took a while to convince them what the torsion spring does. After convincine them, they said they would try to send some one in the afternoon. At 1:00 PM they called back and said they would send someone the next day. Cancelled.
Found AAA Garage Door Inc. here on Dex. A gentleman answered and said he would send someone out within an hour. An hour later a professional was at my door. He was courteous of my new cars trapped in the garage. He worked quickly, gave me all my options, and gave professional recommendations when asked. Professional, Excellent Service, and a great price.
