I called AAA when my furnace went out, they said they couldn't get anyone to my house until the following Wednesday. I found another contractor, and called and cancelled my appointment. Wednesday, while my contractor was installing my new furnace, AAA called and left a message stating they couldn't make the appointment (I had cancelled) and needed to move it to another day. So I had to call AGAIN and tell them I had cancelled this appointment. I'm glad I didn't go with this firm, and won't call them again!

I called late in the morning, and they were able to get a service man out to my home that day! My a/c was not working. When he arrived at my home, he actually put on shoe covers! I have heard companys say they use them, but this was the first time someone actually did! He also and a company picture ID, and told me that all their employees had to pass a background checks. He was a very professional service man, he explained the "diagnostic fee" to me before he started. After he discovered what was wrong, he gave me the price to make the repairs, and how long it would take, so I could decide if i wanted to make the recommended repairs.. It took a little while longer to fix, but he still only charge me the price he had quoted me. He answered all my questions without making me feel stupid. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing repairs to their frunace or air conditioner.
