Straight to the Point by As per the other reviewed he was not rude. He quickly answered that he didn't have the part and gave me a suggestion of who to call. I said thanks.
Rude To Me Too by Same experience as the other person. Rude on the phone, he hung up on me before I'd even had a chance to say "thank you" (and they definitely DIDN'T say thank you.).
Rude by Very rude and unhelpful on the phone.
